# Arquivamento, Ganho e Perda — Entendendo as Diferenças

No CRM de Vendas, um card pode ser encerrado de três formas distintas. Entender as diferenças evita confusões e garante que o funil reflita a realidade da equipe.

| **Ganho**     | A negociação foi concluída com sucesso              | Sim, pelo botão "Reabrir" |
| **Perda**     | A oportunidade foi perdida                          | Sim, pelo botão "Reabrir" |
| **Arquivado** | O card foi retirado do fluxo ativo por outro motivo | Sim, via reativação       |

### Arquivar não está disponível para cards Ganho ou Perda

Cards marcados como **Ganho** ou **Perda** já representam um desfecho definido. Por isso, a ação de arquivar fica **desabilitada** para esses cards.

Ao passar o mouse sobre o ícone de arquivar em um card ganho ou perdido, você verá a mensagem:

> *"Funcionalidade indisponível para cards de ganho ou perda."*

Para arquivar um card que foi ganho ou perdido, primeiro **reabra-o** e depois arquive.

### Cards arquivados não podem ser marcados como Ganho ou Perda

Cards com status **Arquivado** não exibem os botões **"Marcar como ganho"** e **"Marcar como perda"**. Na visualização Kanban, ao arrastar um card arquivado, as zonas de ação também **não aparecem**.
